Overview: As a health education program director/coordinator, you will likely be called upon to supervise/manage staff responsible for implementing your health education programs. Case Assignment: After viewing the clip and reading Chapter 40, Section 1 of the Community Tool Box (i.e., Achieving and Maintaining Quality Performance), address the following questions in a four-page essay:

Discuss the merits of each of the approaches taken by the manager upon realizing that his employee was underperforming.
