Abraham is a Syrian refugee who has relocated to Orange, NSW with his wife and two young children. He used to work as a dentist in his home country, however, since arriving in Australia 3 years ago, he has only been able to secure unskilled manual labour work. Abraham was recently diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder. He is having difficulties adjusting to the new lifestyle, misses his community, and finds his work uninteresting. He also finds it hard to care for himself and his family because he is not paid if he takes time off work.
