The buying process for consumers and business buyers has many similar elements, but there are also differences between the process for these two distinctly different types of buyers. Using Consumer & business buying process answer the following 3 questions:

a) Describe the buying stages for:

a) a university student purchasing a new Mac Book Pro; and

ii) UBSS purchasing the same Mac Book Pro to equip their many staff.
