They have the fiduciary need to push employees toward better health through risk identification and risk awareness tools based on HRA and biometric screening. Looking at HRA results together with medical and pharmacy claims data, Healthcare service utilization summaries, and biometric data present a major opportunity to identify, educate and motivate those most likely to provide program ROI.
The Vice President of Human Resources at a large food service operator wants a creative, engaging, and supportive engagement strategy for the company HRA and Biometric Screening.
