Resiliency Plan - Facilitating Resilience, Responding to Illness: How will you support your own resiliency as you enter practice? Develop a resilience plan that you can refer to throughout your career to support your mental health. Name at least three techniques you intend to practice in the future. Be realistic. Why did you choose these techniques? What contextual/historical factors led you to choose these techniques? How do you plan to practice these techniques? What if these techniques do not work? Be sure to explain these techniques and cite appropriate evidence that supports their use. What will you do if you experience burnout, compassion fatigue, etc.? How will you know that you need to seek help? Your plan should include individual, organizational, and societal supports and should be based on course material. Your plan should also include a list and description of local resources that are available in your planned locale of employment.
