Wellness

On thing that I can do improve my overall wellness is to regular exercise as physical activity, this is also can help to reduce stress. A balanced diet is very important as fruits vegetables, lean proteins and whole grains. Eating a healthy, well-balanced diet is an important part of maintaining good health and it can help you feel your best. In order to prevent hereditary diseases, we must incorporate regular exercise into our weekly routines and adequate sleep is essential for our body because it can repair ourselves as mind to process many information and emotion. Mindfulness and meditation help to manage stress and improve menta health which are very important to us. The difference between eustress is positive, this can motivate individual to grow stress and distress can lead to anxiety, depression, and other health problem. stress does not bother me. Life is only one. My boss always said to me, " Do not worry about something that has a solution; you must worry about things that have no solution."
