Your company has just finished designing a non-invasive device that can correct imbalances of the human ear when a patient becomes "sea-sick". You are in charge of manufacturing this state of the art technology, and you will lead a team of engineers under you. As a project manager, what are some of the skill sets you would need to produce such a device? What would be some communication tools you would use to inform your employees of upcoming deadlines?
