B.R Products is a manufacturing company of several product lines. Medical devices, robotics, hospital specialty items are just a few of the products that this company develops and sells. B.R. Products are facing issues that are causing them to have a number of workplace situations. They are a for profit company who has sales revenue of over $250 MM(Million). Additionally, they have 200 employees in various capacities and they operate under the Maslow's Hierarchy of management. Several of the company employees have been trying to move throughout the organization to promote to various positions, but lack the skills to be a solid problem solver and leader.
