Description - Internet-based companies have become massive in a short time. Uber and Airbnb are two examples of multi-billion-dollar corporations. Their value is based on being international and easy to use. When those companies first started up, they needed to establish their business model - who was the target for their services, how those services would be paid for, any policies around credit or payments, how to gain employees, etc. Mission and Vision lead to policies and standards and procedures, in that order. All of those things tie to a business model.

In this discussion, you will be asked to contrast two companies and their business models.
