Clients:
· Mr. Jones had worked for his company for 18 years. He was a shift supervisor in the manufacturing department. He was recently let go due to staff reassignment. Mr. Jones has a high school diploma.
· Ms. Reagan is a 19-year-old single mother of two. She dropped out of high school 3 years ago when she found out she was pregnant with her first daughter.
· Mrs. Smith was recently let go due to excessive absences. She'd worked as a department manager for 2 years prior to being fired. Mrs. Smith has a bachelor's degree in general studies.
· Mr. Johnson holds two bachelor's degrees and a master's degree. He has struggled for the past 7 months to find work even through he is well education. Mr. Johnson's ideal work environment would allow him to use his education in a leadership role.
· Tony is a high school senior needing to work to save up for a car and to put some money away for college next year. Tony makes good grades and is a hard worker. Tony has never had a job before.
· Lucy is an immigrant having come to the United States for better opportunities for herself and her family. Lucy is trained as a physician in her home country. English is a second language for Lucy, and she has had some difficulty securing work since arriving in the United States 9 months ago.
