Example CARD response for Experience #1:

1) Challenge: As a retail manager, there was a time when there was an increase in customer complaints regarding the helpfulness of staff.

2) Action: I used my technology skill to develop a new training program for staff, got approval from the district manager using my communication skills, and once approved implemented it with a regular review process using my initiative skill.

3) Result: Customer complaints decreased.
