What drives you? This is an age-old question that people have asked of themselves and of others for a long time. The answers are not always so obvious, and some people are intrinsically motivated to accomplish certain things. Take working on a master's degree, for instance. While some are driven by the desire to delve deeper into their intellectual interests, others might only pursue another degree if a job requires it. As a leader, understanding what motivates people helps create sustainable actions toward change.
