Problem

Irena Tenisova is a professional Ukrainian Paddle Ball player who wishes to come to Australia to play for four weeks in this year's Australian Paddle Ball Open scheduled for October 2023. Irena is a single mother with two dependent children aged four and six. The children always travel with her. Irena's best friend Natalya is also a Paddle Ball player and is keen to enter the same competition in the amateur stream. Irena is offshore and has not been to Australia before. You are working as a Registered Migration Agent (RMA) for ABC Migration and your employer has been engaged by Paddle Ball Australia (PBA). PBA is the peak national body for Paddle Ball in Australia, and being a new organisation is asking what the requirements are for bringing sportspeople to Australia to play in their tournament.
