Suzie has been a competitive swimmer for many years Over the last several months, she has been increasing her training load and exercising multiple times a day in hopes of increasing her strength so she can perform better at the upcoming meets Recently, she has experienced some physiological changes including chronic fatigue, inability to sleep , altered appetite , mood swings, and a decline in swimming performance. She has also noticed that she has been getting sick more often. What condition might she be suffering from? What are possible causes for this condition?
