Assignment:

When James Wooley was 16 years old, he bought a used car from Mike Knuckle. James paid $5,000 in cash for the car. At the time of the sale, James lied and said that he was in the military, which led Mike to believe that he was at least 18 years old. Six months after he bought it, the car started to occasionally stall and to shake at high speeds. James ignored the mechanical problems and continued to drive the car. Two weeks later, the engine seized up. James had the car towed to Mike's house and sought to rescind the purchase of the car; he wanted his money back from Mike. Mike refused.
