"Amy owns a small cake design business named Glamorous Cakes. She and her team of employees make custom cakes that are so innovative and tasty. Customers love the fun name of the bakery and the cretive designs of the cakes sold. It is very popular in the community.

Amy is a good talker. A lot of her friends encourage her to use that talent somehow to promoter her business.

Amy is not a very good manager. Her employees usually work for her for a short time then quit their jobs. Her assistant, Grace knew all the recipes and has great ideas to improve them. Grace left the bakery recently to start her own business.

Amy and her team post on social media. Sometimes they post so many posts in one time period, then they post nothing for quite a while when they get too busy.

There is news around that a big budget bakery will be starting soon in the same area of Amy's business. She is concerned that she won't be able to compete with the affordable prices this new bakery might offer."
