In your opinion, what are 5 personality traits that an entrepreneur needs to be successful? Personality traits are enduring, fairly consistent tendencies to feel, think, and act in certain ways such as being extroverted, conscientious, determined, passive, passionate, etc.

Also, in your opinion, what are 5 skills that an entrepreneur needs to be successful? Think of skills as tangible competencies such as knowing Excel and Word. Some other business-related skills are financial expertise, accounting knowledge, presentation abilities, sales competencies, etc.

Now, think about what personality traits and skills are needed for a manager to be successful. Are they the same as the ones for successful entrepreneurs?
