Select two (2) published language lessons (online or print) that focus on speaking and/or listening. Critically review the lessons, identifying any oral communication issues/theories that you think are relevant. (For example, does the lesson include feedback on oral communication skills; does discourse play a role; are World Englishes emphasised?) The lessons must have been published in the last ten years (i.e. not before 2011). The lessons must come from a published source. The lessons may integrate all four macro-skills but speaking and / or listening must be a significant component. Include copies of the lessons as an appendix in your portfolio.
