Problem

Scenario:

On Tuesday, November 8, 2016, four-year-old Lakyn and six-year-old Tucker were found in their Illinois home covered in feces, and they appeared not to have been bathed in weeks. Upon further inspection, the children were found to be malnourished and to have scars from long-term physical abuse.
