Case - Lack of Communication

Luke is working as an indoor sales at ABC Company. He has recently join the company a week ago. As a newbie, Luke tends to received many emails from his colleagues to get his task done. Luke finds that he could not understand what he has to do, as he has just join in the company. He then emailed back to his colleagues to seek help. But Luke finds his colleagues' email does not state a clear information and tends to take a long time to reply. The manager has been asking Luke to submit the task he been asked to do but Luke responded that he was waiting for colleagues' respond on helping out the task. The manager was unhappy as he felt that Luke is taking a lot of time to get the task done. Recommendations to resolve the employer-employee issues.
