Using the frameworks discussed in Chapter 10, describe in detail the organizational culture of either your current place of work or another organization to which you study/belong (i.e. sports team/association, not-for-profit, religious organization, etc.).

How prevalent is that culture? What are the dimensions of the culture that are most important to you and why? Do you think organizational cultures can span generations or do they change over time? Why?
