3. Evaluation: Offer your evaluation of both the strengths and weaknesses of what the author states. How does the content flow? How relevant is the content in the article to the textbook in regards to identifying leadership or lack thereof? Did the article convince you differently or further support your personal conclusions of the civic problem? How does the psychological lens chosen, help you orient your thoughts toward the identified community?
