Case Study: Your friends and you have decided to create a new student organization. You're all excited about this new organization, however everyone seems to have a different idea of how to move forward. The last four exec meetings have resulted in increased tensions, back and forth discussions that seem to never end in decisions, and a lack of progress on developing a plan of action for the organization.
