Those foods derived from plants-whole grains, vegetables, and legumes-may provide less protein and less fat. Go to Diet & Wellness Plus and choose one of your previously recorded days on which you ate the most foods. Go to the Intake Spreadsheet report. Scroll down until you see: protein (g).

Question: List five foods that provided you with the most protein on this day. For each of these foods, state the grams of protein and the grams of fat. Refer to the fat (g) column for this information. Do the foods that have a lot of protein also contain a lot of fat?
