Case study 1: Mike is a 21 year old division 1 college lacrosse player who practices 2 hours a day. 4 days a week and completes 2 days a week. On game days. mike will play competitively for approximately 1.5 hours. pretraining begins 1 our prior to game time. Mike is 5'9 weighing 180 lbs.
