Case Study: TINA is a 16 year old primigravida who is currently a high school sophomore and lives at homewith her parents. She is 32 weeks pregnant and presents to labor triage with complaints of headache &lower back pain with abdominal cramping for the past 2 hours prior to arriving at the hospital.Maternal vital signs BP 130/84, PR 90, R 20, T 98.8. The client states "I want to have the baby NOW. I'mtired of being pregnant I want to go out with my friends and party.Cervical exam is 1/70/VTX/-1, with the monitor showing irritability. Fetal heart rate 150 bpm.
