Using the information from the Glendale Stadium Project (end of Chapter 6), you will create a MS Project schedule and answer the questions from the end of the case, however, you will note the following changes: •The crew work only Monday – Fridays (no weekend work) 8 hours per day. •Employees are giving off the following days: Good Friday; Good Monday; Friday before Memorial Day; Memorial Day; July 3-5; Friday before Labor Day; Labor Day; the entire week of Thanksgiving ; and the period of December 24 – January 2 You will submit the following •A multilevel work breakdown structure (WBS) and detailed project schedule in MS Project •A screen print (using the Windows Snipping Tool) of your project’s network schedule •An one-page response with your submission that answers the following questions: •When will the project be completed? •What is the critical path for the project? •How much slack / float is in your project?
