Question: To give you some context, several years ago, Starbucks sold Cookie Straws to their customers and it was placed near the cash register. At one of this New York City locations, a customer took a cookie straw without realizing it is for sale. The store manager was enraged thinking that the customer was " stealing " ?the cookie straw and reacted as shown. The video recording went viral and immediately had the attention of Starbucks executives. If you were in charge of the PR team at Starbucks, what action would you take to address the negative consequences resulting from this video?
