Question: Christian worldview, Paul tells us "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things, there is no law. And those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. If we live by the Spirit, let us also keep in step with the Spirit. Galatians 5:22-25 (ESV). Jesus tells us "Whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first must be your slave - just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many" (Matthew 20:26-28, ESV)

With these familiar verses and concept in your mind, what might the "Fruit of the Spirit" look like in leadership? Is it possible to be a good leader and exhibit all these traits? What about Servant Leadership - must a leader operate within a servant leadership framework in order to be viewing leadership through a Christian worldview?
