This assignment is to familiarize you with the type of organizational structure you function best within, and feel more comfortable with. Why is this important? If, as your career moves forward, you look for the correct organizational structure for employment, you are bound to be a more productive asset and contributor, let alone more personally satisfied, in your choice!
