Wendy is a food buyer for McDonalds. She has access to McDonald's supplier lists. This list is not publicly disclosed. She worked for McDonalds for 10 years and then Wendy decided to go into business for herself. She contacts McDonalds' suppliers without any authorization from McDonalds, offering to buy the suppliers entire harvest for the next year paying 5% more than McDonalds has in the past.
