You work for a bookstore. Your customers mostly come to the store in person, but you have had a telephone service tradition for years. Now that Amazon.com and other booksellers are doing so well online, your company wants to have an online presence as well. They already have a website designed, but they want to know the best route to take to excellent customer service.

Create a list of all the advantages and disadvantages of web-based customer support for selling books locally and on the Internet.
