Question

During the past few days, the weather has been off-script in Las Vegas. Usually around this time, we are still experiencing high temperatures, though we the recent storm in southern California, the temperatures dropped to the mid-80s and reached the low 100th here and there. Plus, rain which we do not get during this time usually at the beginning of the year. Personally, I feel that the weather is a short-term trend of a long-term occurrence because the rain and temperature will change in days of a storm known to come ever so often in the years.

Some effects come naturally. For instance, Las Vegas did not get its normal rainfall during its seasonal time. Which made the months transitions go from hot to hotter with temperatures reaching close to 120 degrees. With the hurricane that California is experiencing, it cooled down the temperatures slightly but also made it somewhat humid when we started to get rain. But it also brought flood warnings to the area because Las Vegas does not have a proper public draining system like other states and cities do.
