Building upon community strengths and strategizing to minimize the impact of weaknesses is important to the success of a new program. SWOT analysis was introduced as a systematic way to identify and examine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in a community. Conduct a mini-SWOT analysis on a Baton Right community in which you address the following: Select three categories from the internal attributes list from this week's lecture ( e.g., economic stability, workforce skill level, education level, etc.). For each selected internal attribute, explain whether you would label it as a strength or a weakness for your community. Provide specific examples from your community to justify your rationale.
