Question 4: I do have a question regarding social media pages. You think what is the reason that their followers on Instagram were low like 186 followers; however, their followers on Twitter or Youtube are high? Is the marketing strategy is different? or maybe they share different contents?
Question 5: I did not find any weakness of competitors in competitive analysis to identify what is differentiating it from them. So, company can know their rivals weakness to take advantage of this situation;
