We definitely needed some kind of national health care (this isn't really national health care, though) with 38.8 million Americans uninsured a couple of years back and those using hospital emerg rooms and other services, with little pay back to the hospital for those services. But recently 2 big insurance companies (United Health Plus and Aetna) announced their unwillingness to participate in Affordable Care. What if we have fewer providers with fewer people paying premiums for health insurance and not enough pay back for emergency room care?
