In class, we created a "count" function that took in a string and a letter as arguments and printed out the number of times that letter appeared in that string. We also created a version of a "find" function to find a letter within a string, and modified that function to include a starting letter of the word (so that it can now find more than just the first time a letter occurs in the same word). Your task is to combine these ideas and create a function that counts the number of a particular letter in a string, using the updated "find" function to continuously look at smaller segments of the full string to find all of the copies of a single letter instead of just one.
