We are required to reflect on our own leadership style, perceptions, strengths, weaknesses and your leadership goals, drawing from the self-reflections we have completed each week. Remember what we have discussed in class - not all managers are leaders and you don't need to manage to lead. This is intended to be a personal reflection. It will not be shared with anyone. Remember too that I understand that you are in the beginning stages of your career - I am not expecting anyone to reflect on industry managerial experience, however, it may be used if available. we may also use your experience as a student working in group scenarios. we need to provide a well-formatted document that follows a professional look.
