You had the IT department pull video footage by the elevators around the times of all 11 shipments. You noticed one person from marketing was in all 11 videos, and in four he was carrying a package with a FedEx label on it. You also had the HR staff person conduct individual interviews with each marketing employee to discuss shipping practices and to inquire about any shipments to a Texas residential address.

All stories are consistent except for the staff person in question, who indicated that he is frequently asked by others within the department to ship things for them. Everyone else within the department indicated they always ship their own packages. You also looked in your client database, and you have no clients with the Texas address. Based on this information, you terminate the employee seen in the videos and report the incident to the police.
