Public Speaking can make you feel vulnerable. You are putting yourself on display, with many eyes on you; it's a stressful and complex situation (but it's one of the most common fears out there). Chances are, your classmates are just as nervous as you are to present their speeches.

I want you to prepare for your first big speech by leaning into that discomfort.
