Please scroll down and watch at least the videos entitled: about this program, brain plasticity, imaging and development of the brain, motor and emotions and learning, although all of the videos will relate to our study, also make sure you've done the readings.

Based on your understanding of brain development in early childhood, please reflect upon what you think school should look like during the early childhood years.

Please give three specific examples of what school should look like for children in the early childhood stage of development and support them with specific ideas from the video and the readings.

For example:

  • What should the environment look like? Why?
  • What should the relationship be like between the children and the teachers? Why?
  • What activities should be made available? Why?
