In 2 to 3 sentences, answer this question: In this week's video, we learned about an Arizona prison using horse taming to help prisoners learn life skills and become productive members of society. Do you agree that the primary focus of a prison should be rehabilitation and teaching self-improvement skills, or should the primary goal of prison be something different, such as punishment and retribution?
