Each student will be required to make a Paper/Presentation to be scheduled at the end of class. Each student will research a failed real life project and write a paper describing the failure. The paper should be focused on the topics covered in class and include the student's interpretation of what should have been done to prevent the failure. The paper submission will be no less than 6 pages in length and no more than 10 pages. (12 pitch, Times New Roman, 1 inch margins, single spaced). The basics of the paper will be presented in class. The written submission will be 70% and the presentation 30% of the grade for this assignment. The presentation will be between 10-12 mins in length.
