This is what I post.
I want to share few thoughts about my organization Even after so many years, my organization Walmart has been facing a number of issues within a number of perspectives to enter the retail market of India. The organization had entered the market through a joint venture that had been dissolved in the year of 2013. This involved many issues in the department of human resources as this had been a joint venture of two different cultures that is western and the Indian. This can be considered as most found obstacle in the effective management of HR that are the adaptation of cross culture, differences in values of workforce, variations in the style of management, and the turnover of management (John &Pouder, 2001). Doing business internationally by the professional and the managers while the performance of business activities and establishing the operations internationally. These involve a number of factors that include law, politics, economy, culture and environment.
The first priority should be given on the collection of data base and adequate information and majority of the times, my company Walmart fail in doing so. This has a major threat on the level of accuracy held by the information (John &Pouder, 2001). In the absence of this, no practice of HRM is extremely difficult. The political philosophy of other nations can be different that have a major impact on the external environment. Hence, the organization has to change the philosophy and strategy for gathering information. These changes in the policy shall contribute entering the market of another nation across the globe.
