Often, vulnerabilities and defects occur because software developers have been pushed to move software designed for internal use into programs that are used over the web and mobile devices. When pushed for time, it is easy for developers to overlook security issues that could occur. Constant time pressures to complete their projects to meet customer or client requests often let mistakes and errors slip through. Many companies use code reviewed by other engineers from different development teams to help prevent errors or mistakes in design. But these all take time. What do you think of this type of problem?
