Next Level Urgent Care provides walk-in care for non life-threatening illnesses and injuries such as sprains, strains, fractures, lacerations, allergies, rashes, and congestion issues. With eight conveniently located neighborhood clinics throughout the Houston area, we are open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., seven days per week.

As the first organization in Texas to achieve Urgent Care Center Accreditation through the American Academy of Urgent Care Medicine (AAUCM), a voluntary evaluation that measures the quality of services and performance against nationally recognized standards, Next Level Urgent Care clinics provide an excellent alternative for the treatment of non-life threatening health conditions. Our services are faster, on average five to ten times less expensive, than a visit to the emergency room. We accept all major insurance carriers, with a typical copay of $25-$75, compared to $150-$500 at an emergency room. Uninsured or underinsured patients can take advantage of our transparent pricing, from $155 to $200.

Unlike retail walk-in clinics, all nine Next Level facilities have x-ray equipment on site and employ physicians who are procedurally trained to handle acute urgent medical conditions that are not life-threatening. Next Level promptly refers cardiac chest pain, neurologic issues and heavy trauma to the emergency rooms.

If a patient presents a condition that is beyond Next Level Urgent Care’s scope of services, the visit is free and the patient is referred to the emergency room. In these instances, Next Level staff will attempt to stabilize a patient if they present an emergency situation, while waiting for 911 emergency responders.

Next Level Urgent Care has a large network of community primary care providers and specialists who have welcomed the opportunity to refer patients to a quality clinic after hours. For a seamless continuation of care these patients are referred back to their primary care physicians for follow up visits.

Next Level Urgent Care first clinic opened in July 2013, and due to the demand for affordable after-hours care, additional eight clinics opened throughout the Greater Houston area in just 10 months.
