Question

Today, the client is visiting the outpatient clinic for their insomnia. The client states they are not able to sleep well at night. The client has type II diabetes, asthma, morbid obesity, and primary hypertension. The client states that they do not feel rested every morning and falls asleep while driving. The patient's vital signs are 140/100 mmHg, pulse 82 bpm, regular, R16 bpm, temp. of 98.2 F, and an O2 sat. of 98%. The client is alert and oriented x 3, verbalizes pain in forehead region and sinus area of 4 out of 10, has eyelid puffiness, thinning scalp hair, and 1+ pitting edema to both lower extremities.
