Question

Patient, has been visibly frequenting the communal areas of B-wing. He complied with his wing limitations and was mostly observed watching television, maintaining a solitary demeanor with little to no interaction with his fellow residents or personnel. He took sporadic naps throughout this shift. There were no occurrences or allegations of improper sexual behavior towards his fellow residents. He abstained from participating in any group activities. No hazardous conduct was noticed or reported. The nursing team will continue to monitor him during this shift for safety and compliance purposes.
