Question

Mr. Grassa has been visible in the common areas of the unit this evening. Most of the time, he was observed in his dorm room, lying on his bed, or occasionally pacing the unit hallways. His interactions with peers were minimal, while he engaged moderately with staff. this evening he took all his PM medications without any incident. He did not participate in any group activities. No unsafe behavior was observed or reported. The nursing staff will continue to monitor him throughout this shift to ensure his safety and attend to his needs.
