Virtual Events During COVID-19 

Use the Internet to research a meeting, convention, special event, or exhibition/tradeshow that has taken place within the last six (6) months that went from a physical event to a virtual one. 

  • Include the website, the statement the organization made in regard to going virtual, and if possible, list the platform (YouTube, FaceBook Watch, IG, etc.) they used to showcase the event. 
  • Describe three (3) segments of the event through its platform (registration, keynote speakers, sessions, live performances, pre-recorded portions, etc.) and how they were presented.
  • Do you think the event should continue in this format this year and why?
